Along our journey, we have run across business tools and resources that have helped us immensely. We are excited to share these tools with you. Everything on this page we either currently use in our business or have before. Our goal is to share with you only business resources that we have found to be helpful to your business. Let’s get right to it!
Planoly – The perfect planner and auto-poster application for Instagram. I love that Planoly lets me see my planned IG grid while I am planning my monthly content.
Tailwind – This Pinterest scheduler keeps your pinning content fresh and timely. Consistent pinning equals Pinterest growth and Tailwind helps you achieve both. Use our link for a FREE MONTH!
Data Collection / Customer Management:
Google Forms – A great way to collect information for samples, catalog request, Info requests, Surveys. Form links can be shared on social media platforms or embedded into blog posts.
Air Table – A web-based data storage that acts like a spreadsheet. When creating automation, Airtable is a great place to organize data. (referral link)
Trello – Trello is a great web-based tool for organizing all types of information. In direct sales, we have used it to track samples, orders, follow-ups, Etc.

Zappier – Zapier allows you to automate processes with over 1,500 different apps. There is a free version available, but they do offer paid plans to acquire more features and automation (or Zaps)
IFTTT – IFTTT is a FREE website that allows you to connect thousands of services to set up automation.
Picmonkey– Picmonkey is the absolute BEST graphics creation platform we have found. There is a small monthly fee, but you can check it out FREE with our link.
Creative Market – We love the fonts and graphics assets available on Creative Market! They even offer weekly FREEBIES! They are worth checking out often!
Font Bundles / Design Bundles – I like these two websites for both fonts and design elements for creating graphics.

Sassy Suite – Social media marketing can be a strange world to navigate. The Sassy Suite has great topic-specific courses to check out.
Purple Tea Cup – Wanna learn all the things about Blogging? This is the place for you! Hope is a blogging guru my blogging own personal teacher. Check out her courses – They really are the best!
Bradley 511 – Michele Bradley has developed an amazing 5-day workshop program where she tackles one topic at a time and not only gives you the info but also teaches you how to implement. They change monthly so check this link often.
Vistaprint – Vistaprint is our “go to” online provider for having business cards or banners printed. Check them out.
Square -Square is our preferred option for sending invoices for the direct sales side of the business as well as accepting in-person payments using the square chip reader. Check it out via our link and receive free processing on up to $1,000 in sales
Zoom – Zoom is the perfect platform for face to face web chat. It also allows for recording and sharing your screen. The FREE plan has limits, but upgraded plans are available. We use this platform for some of our tutorial videos.
Evernote – Evernote is out “go to” source for organizing files and documents. This application is accessible on both laptop/desktop & mobile making files, photos, & documents available where ever you are. Siteground – We switched recently to Siteground of our web hosting and domain purchasing and could not be happier. Their customer service is better than any I have experienced. Their product is competitively priced and worth every penny. If you are looking to purchase a domain or hosting for a website/blog, Siteground is the way to go!
Plagiarism Checker – This is a great tool to check content for those that have guest writers. A quick upload confirms the original content before you publish it.
Grammarly – An amazing application that will help you keep your grammar and spelling in check. It can be added as a Chrome extension or downloaded directly to MacOS.
